A classic succulent and an excellent choice for anyone getting into them. It loves full sun with well-draining, ideally sandy or well-draining soil. Hardy down to 0c, you can get away with a few degrees below 0c if kept bone dry in a cold glasshouse, otherwise keep indoors on a windowsill over winter, but still dry until spring.
