30 DAY GUARANTEE
All of our online website plant(s), purchased from www.thebotanico.com come with a 30-day guarantee from the date of sale.
We will enquire and if needs be ask for proof of plant(s) as well as aftercare the plant(s) has been received. Photographic evidence of the plant(s) will also be needed to claim the 30-day guarantee.
After 30 days of the sale date, no guarantee can be held for the plant(s) due to the product being a living product.
For orders bound for outside the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northan Island) or considered international, the 30-day guarantee does not apply and plant(s) have no guarantee.
If a replacement plant is sent out after claiming the 30-day guarantee the second plant does not have any guarantee on it and once sent no claims can be made after this.
PRICE MATCH
We will price match any product on our website from any online retail store (excluding private sellers and only UK based).
We will only match the price of in-stock products and where the price is readily available on the online retailer's website, and only if the product is in stock and ready for delivery.
The price will not take into account item specific or retailer discount code e.g. Student discount or BlackFriday deals.
The product must match the item description in terms of pot size and flower colour but the height can vary.
We reserve the right to refuse a price match if we suspect fraud.
To redeem the price match offer please contact us with details of the competitor's product and the link from our website.
We will then accept or deny your request for a price match. Upon acceptance, you will be required to purchase the product at our full-price and upon order confirmation, the additional price difference will be refunded.
PRE ORDER
On some items, you can pre-order for spring delivery. The supplied week will be stated in the product size dropdown menu, you can also claim free delivery on pre-order items that can be applied at checkout, please note free delivery is only appliable for pre-order items, and for combined orders, a postage fee will still apply, we may also ship your order in two parts e.g. potted plants on order date and pre-order plants for spring delivery in spring. 30-day Guarantee applies from the delivery date for Pre-order items. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.
