SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use mainly Royal Mail to ship small orders out and DPD for larger orders. Each order is firstly gathered from the nursery and cleaned. Next, we shrink wrap the pot and place the plant in a cardboard tube, next it goes into a cardboard box with additional packing ready for shipping. Please see the example.
RETURN, DAMAGED GOODS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do offer returns on our plants up to 30 days of purchase date. To start a return please contact us to discuss the return, you will also need to pay for return postage. Once the plant has arrived back at our site your order will be processed and a refund issued, please note once the plant or product is returned to us if unfit to sell or damaged a partial refund may be issued.
Plants are not easy to post, there is no 100% safe way to post plants. The packing we use has a success rate of over 99% and if plants ever arrive seriously damaged we would always replace or refund under the 30-day guarantee, T&Cs apply.
