Positioned best in an area that receives full light with a bit of shade from intense sunlight, this plant thrives in well-drained soil. Its growth rate is considered average, and you can expect its beautiful blooms to grace your garden from July to September. It flourishes best in sheltered, sunny gardens where it can bask in the warmth.

To maximize the flowering period, we advise removing the flower spikes as soon as they start to fade. By doing so, you allow fresh buds to take their place, resulting in a longer-lasting spectacle. In the spring, we suggest applying a generous 5-7cm (2-3in) layer of well-rotted garden compost or manure around the base of the plant. This mulch will provide the necessary nutrients for healthy growth.
