All of our online website plants come with a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If your plant dies within the 30 days we will ask a few questions about what care you have provided for the plant as well as asking for photos of the plant. If there is nothing drastically wrong with what you have done we will get another sent out to you or a credit note!
Found a pre order option? Read the expected delivery date above the pre order button. If this changes or a grower cancels on us we will let you know via email. You can combine pre-order and normal items in one transaction at checkout, however, pre-order items will come after the standard plants. On dispatch, we will notify you via email of what is on the way. If a supplier has a crop failure and cannot supply, we will contact and refund any plants.
